A subsidiary of the Environmental Council and born from the Natureworks team of 2018, the Food Crusaders currently work with the Environmental Council to compost, and is organizing negotiations with Chartwells on behalf of the Council.
An arm of the Environmental Council spearheaded by a group of students looking to bring Craig Leeson's documentary Plastic Ocean to Sha Tin College.

The Environmental Council initiated the formation of the Catering Committee, which will bring together student and staff representatives to collectively negotiate with Chartwells on how to improve meal service. The Environmental Council will assign a permanent representative on the committee.
The Environmental Council works closely with the student council and PTSA on joint projects across the school.
